2Account Registration

Accurate and complete information is required when registering an account with bdjlbet. Accounts created with false or misleading information may be suspended and any funds held may be forfeited.

• Full Name: Must match your National ID or passport.
• Mobile Number: An active Bangladeshi phone number is required.
• Email: A regularly used email address is required.
• Password: At least 8 characters, including a number and a special character.

Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

3Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

Bdjlbet takes a firm stance against underage gambling. Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before processing withdrawals or for high-value transactions.

• A scanned copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent selfie (clear and in focus).
• Proof of address if required (utility bill or bank statement).

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Bdjlbet supports fast transactions via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bdjlbet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that you should read carefully.

• Welcome Bonus (100%): Up to 100% on your first deposit, maximum ৳5,000. Wagering: 10x.
• Weekly Cashback: Up to 10% cashback on net losses. Credited every Monday.
• Reload Bonus: Up to 50% extra on deposits on selected days.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you get rewarded.

Bonus funds and real funds are displayed separately. Withdrawing before meeting the wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited. Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.

6Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when betting on bdjlbet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — this applies to in-play bets as well.
• If a match or event is suspended before it begins, the bet will be voided and funds returned.
• Bdjlbet is not liable for bets that were not accepted due to technical issues.
• Any bet confirmed before an odds change will be settled at the original odds.
• Maximum payout limits vary by bet type and sport.

Odds in live betting change rapidly. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bdjlbet reserves the right to void all bets placed at those odds.

7Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the following activities will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of all funds held:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity (multi-accounting).
• Deliberate betting to abuse bonuses (bonus hunting/arbitrage).
• Opening or operating an account using someone else's information.
• Unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
• Attempting to place a bet after the outcome of an event is already known.
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.

8Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Bdjlbet may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a terms & conditions violation.
• Failure to submit KYC documents or submission of fraudulent information.
• Account inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• When the user requests to close their own account.
• Upon activating self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Any verified withdrawable balance on a fairly closed account will be returned within 30 business days. Bonus balances are non-refundable.

9Responsible Gaming
